I’m just a plant, you are the sun

Rising up from far away

Brightening up the darkness

I hope you will stay

Giving off lovely warmth around me

Letting me grow and become stronger with your light

When I’m with you, I gain energy

I know I shouldn’t stare but I can’t help it

To me, you will always be bright

And always be a beautiful sight

For you give me color

Even when you’re gone

There will be a moon to think about you

Piercing the darkness in the sky

You are my warm beautiful sun
